丝路方舟
乌中两国的全方位合作、交流不断加深，两国关系步入了切实合作的新阶段，正在开拓新的合作领域。乌克兰一些城市和地区与中国的合作上正在自主发挥越来越积极的作用。乌克兰城市协会（AUC）是代表乌克兰城市的最主要的机构，覆盖574个乌克兰城市和95％以上的乌克兰城市人口。丝绸之路城市联盟（SRCA）作为“一带一路”沿线国家和城市之间的桥梁，促进其在各个领域的合作。
2017年12月21日，丝绸之路城市联盟和乌克兰城市协会签署了谅解备忘录，为两个组织及其成员城市创造了更多的机会，为他们提供更广阔合作视野，来分享经验和联合举办项目和活动。
之前，SRCA秘书长巫碧秀带领代表团参加第二届丝绸之路乌克兰论坛，在访问乌克兰期间，和AUC副执行董事O.V.Slobozhan于2017年11月15日在基辅市会见。
The cooperation and exchanges on all levels between Ukraine and China are constantly expanding and the relations between the two countries are gradually getting a new practical meaning, new areas of cooperation are being explored. Ukrainian cities and regions are taking more and more active independent role in cooperation with China. Association of Ukrainian cities (AUC) is the main organization in Ukraine, representing interests of municipalities, their territorial communities in Ukraine, covering 574 Ukrainian cities and more than 95% of Ukrainian urban population. Silk Road Cities Alliance (SRCA), in its turn, serves as a bridge between the countries and the cities along the Belt & Road initiative, promoting cooperation between them in various spheres.
21st of December 2017 a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the Silk Road Cities Alliance and the Association of Ukrainian Cities, opening more opportunities for both organizations and for their member cities, providing them with broader horizons for cooperation, possibilities for experience sharing, holding joint projects and events.
Signing of the Memorandum follows the meeting between AUC Deputy Executive Director Volodymyr Parkhomenko and SRCA General Secretary Wu Bixiu, held on 15th of November 2017 in Kyiv during the visit of Mrs. Wu Bixiu to Ukraine together with the delegation for participating in the II Ukrainian Silk Road Forum.
