“丝路青年梦想汇”是由世界中联丝绸之路城市联盟、北京丝绸之路合作与发展促进会、中国人民大学重阳金融研究院共同创办的丝路青年国际人文年度交流项目，旨在为来自不同背景、怀抱美好憧憬的丝路各国青年展示才华、分享梦想提供舞台，并为他们感知时代、连接社会、增进友谊搭建桥梁，并分别于2018年8月和2019年4月在京举办了两届活动。2019年新增中国友好和平发展基金会作为主办方。
Silk Road & Young Dreams, an annual cross-cultural international project for the young people along the Silk Road, was jointly initiated by Silk Road Cities Alliance, Beijing Belt and Road Cooperative Community and Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies of Renmin University of China. The fundamental goal of the project is to provide the youth of countries and regions along the Silk Road, who have different backgrounds and dreams, with a stage to shine with talents and potentials, a platform to feel the pulse of the present era and share dreams, as well as a bridge to link up societies. The first and second Silk Road & Young Dreams were held respectively in August 2018 and April 2019 in Beijing. In 2019, China Friendship Foundation for Peace and Development will be added as a co-host.
丝路菁英会（以下简称“菁英会”）是丝路青年梦想汇的配套项目，旨在为“一带一路”沿线各国优秀青年提供一个集思广益、分享互通，交流思想和信息的平台，以增进“一带一路”沿线各国青年间相互了解，促进交流与合作。同时，将协同国际社会资源，为菁英会成员提供内容广泛的机会，助力其实现梦想。
Silk Road Young Leaders Club (hereinafter referred to as SRYC), as a supporting mechanism for Silk Road & Young Dreams, aims to provide a sustainable platform for sharing information, experience and dreams, inspiring minds and building people-to-people connectivity among young leaders and talents from countries along the Belt and Road, with the focus on enhancing mutual understanding and cooperation of the younger generations and contributing to their long-term development.
