丝路方舟

尊敬的各位领导、各位嘉宾、女士们先生们还有在场的媒体朋友们，大家晚上好！
我已经在这个美丽的国家里生活了九年之久，但对于我来说，今天依旧是一个非常特别的日子。因为今天是我们丝路方舟起航的日子，也是大家共同的梦想被实现的日子。
首先请允许我介绍一下丝路方舟概念的创造者丝绸之路城市联盟。我们在2014年创建了丝绸之路城市联盟，在这里我们要感谢宋教授，他为联盟的活动付出了极大的努力和心血。此次丝路方舟的主要目的在于增强丝绸之路沿线的国家、城市和人们之间的合作。丝绸之路城市联盟战略目标是为丝绸之路沿线的人们构建一个可持续的经济文化交流关系。而在今年丝绸之路城市联盟已经开始行动，着手帮助国内、国际、公共机构之间建立伙伴关系，和学术界，国际智囊机构建立合作关系，也在不同国家发展了很多商业上的合作伙伴。同时我们也提出了一个想法：让新一代的年轻人更加清晰地了解这个新世界，并成为这个新世界领导力量的一部分。
去年我们在威尼斯举办了第一届国际城市合作论坛，许多知名人士包括意大利外交部长都出席了此次活动。在此次论坛之中我们帮助很多国家增强了经济合作关系。并且我们丝绸之路城市联盟的代表团也非常荣幸地受到了意大利总统本人的亲自接见。但是我们觉得丝绸之路城市联盟的一己之力远远不够，我们需要构建一个独立的智库，也就是丝路方舟，为促进一带一路沿线国家的经济文化合作提出更加详尽的想法和方案。
非常感谢在场的每一位出席今天的活动，我们承诺丝路方舟将会为大家提供更多的交流想法的机会。我们需要把大家的想法汇聚在一起来使新世界变得更美好。在今天这场活动之后，我们将会向大家发送我们的提案，邀请大家成为丝路方舟的成员，让我们一起为促进人们之间的相互理解、创造更多深层次的想法而努力。
今天讲话已接近尾声，我想用几句简短的话对巫女士和在过去一周辛勤工作的工作人员表达由衷的感谢。
另外我想说一点个人的想法。我非常高兴尊敬的前总理达莱马先生能够在今天丝路方舟的首次活动出席。我和达莱马先生相识已经长达25年，而我也一直珍重和达莱马先生相处的时光。我一直很仰慕达莱马先生，不仅是因为他是欧洲30年来举足轻重的政治家之一，更是因为他作为我的朋友时表现出来的宽广胸怀和伟大的人格品质。也让我在此感谢达莱马先生的夫人琳达•达莱马。
再次感谢大家的到来！我相信我们会有更多的机会一起相处，一起努力，共筑一个更美好的未来！

Excellencies, Authorities, ladies and gentlemen, members of the media, good evening. Let me say that I have been living in this beautiful country for nine years, but today is a really special day.
Because today is the launching ceremony of the Silk Road Ark, and also a day where we can fulfill our dreams.
But let me first say a few words about the Silk Road Cities Alliance, an association that started the idea of creating the Silk Road Ark. In 2014 we created the Silk Road Cities Alliance and I would like to specially thank Professor Song, who is here in this room. With the aim of building cooperation between the countries, the cities and among all the people of the Silk Road. The strategy of Silk Road Cities Alliance was to work on building more sustainable economic and cultural relationship between the people along the Silk Road. Let me say a few words about the Silk Road Cities Alliance. This year, it has started its work of creating partnerships with national, international and institutional organizations, cooperation with the academia and with international intellectual resources, also cooperation with businessmen and companies from different countries. And also finally we are focusing on the idea of training and creating a new generation of people aware of the new world and grateful to be a part of the leaders of the new world.
Last year we held the first international conference in Venice, and it was a great conference. Even the foreign minister of Italy was there. We started a work of economic relationship between different countries. And last year also the president of the Italian Republic received our delegation in his building. This was for us a great honor. .
But then we thought that we needed something more. We needed to create an independent think tank that own elaborate ideas and projects for the promotion of economic and cultural cooperation along the One Belt and One Road countries.
We want to thank all of you being here today with us, and we promise that the Silk Road Ark will promote more and more moments to exchange ideas, and also to elaborate ideas the elaboration of ideas, because we need ideas to create a new world. After this event, we will send you our proposal, we will propose to you to become a member of the Silk Road Ark in order to create in the future more understanding between people and more deep knowledge about each other.
In conclusion, let me just say a few words to express my special thanks to Ms. Wu，And to all our staffs who have been working very hard in the last week.
And finally let me say something personal. I’m very happy that for the first event of the Silk Road Ark, we have the pleasure to have the honorable D'Alema with us. I have been friends with Mr. D'Alema for 25 years now, and all this time I always appreciate, not only his political wisdom as he is one of the most important politicians in the last 30 years in Europe, but I also appreciate him as a friend and as a person with a big heart and with great personal qualities. And let me say special thanks to Mr D'Alema’s wife Linda D'Alema.
Thank you very much! I’m sure we’ll build a great future all together and we’ll have more and more opportunities to be together and work together.
