丝路方舟是由丝绸之路城市联盟发起的跨界、跨国、跨文化的交流平台，吸纳海内外关心、参与一带一路建设的各界人士，共同打造一个同舟共济、互利共赢的平台，达致文化互进、心心相通，共同繁荣，服务于一带一路交流与发展。
《丝路方舟跨年论坛》是丝路方舟旗下的年度跨界论坛,由丝绸之路城市联盟、丝绸之路城市研究院、北京丝绸之路合作与发展促进会发起，联合复旦大学一带一路及全球治理研究院、中国国际问题研究基金会、丝路产业和金融国际联盟、人大重阳金融研究院、中期研究院、日本一带一路研究院等中外智库共同举办的跨年跨界论坛，汇聚了众多政商领袖、中外学者、驻华使节等国内外精英，致力于深入解析全球政治经济热点，展望未来政治和经济发展趋势，分享一带一路建设成果、经验，推动丝绸之路城市之间务实合作实现共同发展。
论坛于每年年底或年初举行。

Silk Road Ark is an international communication platform, to gather domestic and international elites who are supporting and participating in the Belt & Road construction, to create a win-win platform for the shared goal, cultural communication, people-to-people exchanges and shared prosperity, and to improve the communication and development within the Belt & Road initiative.
Silk Road Ark Forum (SRAF), an annual international forum under the Silk Road Ark, is initiated by Silk Road Cities Alliance, Silk Road City Institute, Beijing Belt & Road Cooperative Community, and co-organized by Fudan Institute of Belt and Road & Global Governance, China Foundation for International Studies, Silk Road Industry and Finance International Alliance, Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Renmin University of China, Zhongqi Institute, Japan Belt & Road Institute and other think tanks both domestic and overseas.
It has brought together many international and domestic elites including business leaders, Chinese and international scholars, diplomats in China among many others. It is committed to deeply analyzing the global political and economic hotspots, foreseeing the future trend of political and economic development, focusing on the construction and development of the Belt & Road, promoting the cooperation of the cities and the common prosperity of the countries and areas along the Belt & Road.
The forum will be held annually at the end or the beginning of each year.
