第二届“丝路青年梦想汇”活动于4月12-14日在北京落下帷幕，为了提高梦想汇项目可持续发展能力，活动主办方宣布了一系列后续行动，其中与浙江义乌市外办合作开展的“义路同行”丝路青年培训项目，现在正式面向首届及第二届“丝路青年梦想汇”参赛选手进行招募。
The 2nd Silk Road & Young Dreams was successfully held in April 12th-14th. In order to promote sustainable development of this youth project, Silk Road Cities Alliance, the host of Silk Road & Young Dreams has signed cooperative agreement with Foreign Affairs Office of Yiwu Municipal Government to collaborate on the Run with Yiwu- Global Youth Business Program(GYBP). Now we are inviting more qualified global young people who have participated in the 1st or 2nd Silk Road & Young Dreams to join us, sharing ideas, honing skills and meeting with business stars.

义乌是“中国经济速度”的缩影，拥有全球最大的日用消费品市场以及最具活力的电商网络，被中国国家主席习近平誉为世界“小商品之都”。每年有超过50万外商来义乌采购，在这里创业者总能找到一方热土，觅得一片商机。
Yiwu is a prime example of China’s spectacular economic rise. The city tells a rags-to-riches story. The past decades have transformed the poverty-stricken backward county into a city that boasts the world’s largest small commodities market and booming e-commerce. Praised by Chinese President Xi Jinping as the capital of small commodities, Yiwu attracts over 500,000 foreign buyers every year, and thus is an ideal place for start-ups with abundant business opportunities.
2018年，义乌发起了集电商贸易课程、创业孵化、人文交流为一体的“义路同行-全球青年创业培训计划”。自4月正式启动实施首期“义路同行-全球青年创业培训计划”以来，已经共举办三期活动，超过300名世界各地的年轻人踊跃报名，其中来自46个国家108名学员参加。2019年第一期将于6月16日-23日举行。
In April, 2018, Yiwu Municipal Government has initiated the Run with Yiwu- Global Youth Business Program (GYBP). Funded by the government, 3 sessions of the program have been hosted, with 108 outstanding youths from all over the world participating, providing various courses on trade and e-commerce, opportunities for business internship, and also cultural tour with a local flavor and people-to-people exchanges. The 1st session of 2019 will start from June 16th to June 23rd.
一、项目内容
1.培训时间及地点
6月16日-23日（共8天），浙江省义乌市
2.主要活动
培训授课：跨境电商、国际贸易、供应链、物流等领域专家、创业先锋授课；另设辅助课程如汉语、跨境电商法律知识等。
创业实践：走进电商小镇等孵化器平台，感受中国创业者的梦工厂，零距离接触创业现场;走进日用小商品生产车间,感受从无到有的创业奇迹,领略浙江品牌中国制造的独特魅力。
参观考察：探寻全球最大的小商品批发市场国际商贸城；触摸义乌便捷高效的物流网络的脉动和生机，走进“义新欧”中欧班列始发站及申通快递等。
思想碰撞：与草根创业明星见面，聆听他们的创业经历，点燃创业的热情；与各国学员们头脑风暴，感受多元文化的碰撞，提升跨文化交际能力。与创业导师携手，探讨最热的创业话题，实现共赢合作。
文化体验：体验中国地方传统文化，聆听义乌“鸡毛换糖”的故事，欣赏地方戏剧、品鉴当地美食等。
Ⅰ. Introduction to the Program
⒈ Time: 16, June-23, June, 2019.
Location: Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, China.
⒉ Training courses & activities will last 8 days, including
Seminars and Workshops: courses offered by professionals with expertise in cross-border e-commerce, international trade, supply chain, logistics, and etc. And courses like law of cross-border e-commerce and a step-to-step guidance on establishing a company will also be provided.
Social Practice and Internship: observe the incubators of starting business and take internships in the mentors’ enterprises. Visit local factories, experiencing “ from zero to one” business miracles, getting immersed in the unique charisma of “Zhejiang Brand” and “Made in China” products.
Visit: explore the world’s largest wholesale market; Visit YXE China-Europe Freight Train Station, STO Express Delivery Center to get a vibe of the local vibrant logistics network.
Brainstorm session: Share ideas with the most inspiring local entrepreneurs and business stars. Brainstorm with all trainees and harness the intercultural communication skills. Engaging in the hottest start-up topics together with entrepreneurial mentors and achieve win-win cooperation.
Cultural trip: Experience Chinese traditional culture, listen to stories of Yiwu’s original trading practices--trading sugar for feather, enjoy local operas and have local delicacies.
二、学员招募
1.报名条件
⑴ 报名者须为首届及第二届“丝路青年梦想汇”参赛选手；
⑵报名者须为十八周岁至三十周岁之间的外国青年或华人华侨；
⑶报名者须为年轻的创业者或高校即将毕业的学生；
⑷报名者可以熟练使用英文交流；
⑸报名者须对创业有充足的热情，愿意接受项目组织者的课程安排及相关活动安排。
2.名额
名额：丝路青年梦想汇组委会将向“义路同行-全球青年创业培训计划”推荐20名学员，最终人数由活动组织方筛选确定。每个国家每期参与人数原则上不超过4人，其中女性学员至少1名。
Ⅱ. Recruiting
⒈Requirements of Candidates
A. Participants of the 1st or 2nd Silk Road & Young Dreams
B. Overseas Chinese or foreigners aged at 18 to 30 years old;
C. Young entrepreneurs or senior college students;
D. Fluency in English is required;
E. Have great passion for starting business and have a team spirit, willing to cooperate with the organizing parties.
⒉Quota
Quota: 20 quotas. No more than 4 members from the same country each time and at least 1 female must be included.
三、费用情况
组织方将提供免费培训课程。
1. 获得丝路青年梦想汇比赛一等奖的选手审核通过后，中国国内往返义乌的交通费及在义食宿由组委会承担。
2. 获得丝路青年梦想汇比赛二、三等奖的选手审核通过后，组委会将承担在义期间食宿，往返义乌的交通费用由学员自行承担。
3. 参加丝路青年梦想汇比赛但未进入前三的选手，需缴纳活动期间管理费用。组委会将承担在义期间食宿，往返义乌的交通费用由学员自行承担。
Ⅲ. Expense
Expense: Free training courses.
⒈For the 1st prize winners: transportation fees in China and food and accommodation in Yiwu will be covered by Organizing Committee, while candidates cover the international transportation fees.
⒉For the 2nd and 3rd prize winners: the Organizing Committee will cover food and accommodation in Yiwu. Candidates should cover round-trip transportation fees.
⒊For other participants: management fees should be paid by candidates at first. The Organizing Committee will cover food and accommodation in Yiwu. Candidates should cover round-trip transportation fees.
